It’s the first week of July, so time for me to set some goals. I’m not usually a goal setting kind of person, but thought I’d at least give it a go and see how I get on.
I recently started planking four times a week, and although it doesn’t sound like much, I’m at a point where I can comfortably hold a plank for just under 2 minutes. So, I’m going to set myself a goal to be able to hold a three minute plank at least once in July.
Yes, I really would like to grow my followers on both Twitter and Instagram. Ideally I’m looking to break the 1k mark on Twitter and 300 on Instagram. Why not give me a follow and see if you can help me get there?
I’d really like to get five posts out this month. Here’s number one, just four more to go. I’ve also got a gifted one coming next week, and I can write a review of July as well, so I just need to think of two more. Which in theory isn’t too difficulty. I’ve got six sitting in drafts, but they’re only headings.
So as you can see, not a huge amount, but enough to give me something as a starter, to at least get an idea of how it feels to set goals, even if some of those I don’t have full control over. We’ll see how I get on at the end of the month.
